Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. On that item, we’ll give you a refund in a different color, a different size, or a completely alternative style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us does not meet your expectations or is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered differs from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise in any of our outlets for an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as it is unused, in the same condition, and in original packaging with tags.

NOTE:

Products cannot be exchanged after 30 days of delivery.
Items must be brand new with original tags to be considered for exchange.
Soiled/damaged returns may be rejected.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned.

For Online Orders

Customers must check goods (color, size, number, quality) in front of the delivery person.
If there’s an issue, return to the delivery person immediately.
Keep original invoice & tags for replacement.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
If shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy (Online)

Refunds are only available if we cannot deliver your desired products (not applicable for out-of-stock or custom orders).

For Outlet Purchases

Exchange possible within 30 days for unworn, unaltered clothing.
Original invoice & tags must be provided.
Outlet orders can be canceled only on the same day of purchase.

রিটার্ন, বিনিময় ও বাতিলকরণ নীতি

আমরা চাই আপনি যা অর্ডার করেছেন তা আপনি ভালোবাসুন। কিন্তু যদি কিছু সঠিক না হয়, আমাদের জানান। সেই আইটেমে আমরা আপনাকে ভিন্ন রঙ, ভিন্ন সাইজ, বা সম্পূর্ণ বিকল্প স্টাইলে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ দেব। কোনো কারণে প্রাপ্ত পণ্য যদি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, বা অর্ডারের সাথে না মেলে, আপনি ৩০ দিনের মধ্যেআউটলেটে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন, শর্ত হচ্ছে এটি ব্যবহার না করা এবং মূল ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।

বিঃদ্রঃ

৩০ দিনের পর পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে না।
শুধুমাত্র নতুন ও ট্যাগযুক্ত পণ্য এক্সচেঞ্জ হবে।
নোংরা/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
কাস্টম অর্ডার বাতিল বা ফেরত যাবে না।

অনলাইনের জন্য

ডেলিভারি নেয়ার সময় পণ্য (রঙ, সাইজ, গুণমান) যাচাই করতে হবে।
সমস্যা থাকলে ডেলিভারি ব্যক্তির কাছেই ফেরত দিতে হবে।
মূল চালান ও ট্যাগ অবশ্যই রাখতে হবে।
অর্ডার প্লেসমেন্টের ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে বাতিল করা যাবে।
শিপমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে বাতিল নাও হতে পারে।

রিফান্ড নীতি (অনলাইন)

যদি আমরা আপনার কাঙ্ক্ষিত পণ্য সরবরাহে অক্ষম হই, তাহলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে। তবে স্টক আউট বা কাস্টম অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

আউটলেটের জন্য

আউটলেট থেকে কেনা পণ্য ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা যাবে (অপরিবর্তিত অবস্থায়)।
মূল চালান ও ট্যাগ থাকতে হবে।
আউটলেট অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র ক্রয়ের একই দিনে বাতিল করা যাবে।
